No matter how wide the lens or high the drone flies, photos alone can’t capture the true scale and energy of the Clay County Fair. That was the challenge I discussed with my friends at Caliber when they brought me on for the project.

So instead of chasing snapshots of the magic, we turned the camera around to capture the wonder and joy reflected in the faces of fairgoers themselves.
